It is NOT YET A FACT that the officer was beaten, or has a black eye, or a broken eye. Yes?
ALL that I hear makes it sound that the cop was beaten, but that’s not official yet, right?
I guess the x-ray of Officer Wilson’s head showing the damage to his eye socket isn’t an established fact?
One autopsy-—there have been three, to date-—indicated Brown had an injury at his thumb joint-—which might indicate a struggle w/ a hard object, like a gun.
If he did struggle w/ the officer’s gun-—he would have left his DNA there.
It is a fact established by x-rays, witness testimony, and the hospital. It would hold up in court.
