Issa Statement on Judge’s Order that Justice Department Must Produce a Privilege Log of Withheld Operation Fast and Furious Documents

Under the judge’s order, the Department of Justice must produce non-privileged documents and a detailed list of privileged documents withheld by October 1st. The Oversight Committee will then have an opportunity to lodge specific objections to withheld documents until October 17th

It's a baby step forward, but it is a step forward.

Looks like each and every document is going to be challenged, one at a time. We might get around to the meat of the matter sometime in early 2017.
