Thanks....just visiting because of all that has been going on.
Actually, I am feeling very good, better than I have felt in about 14 years. I quit a couple medications and doubled my diuretics. Within about 4 months, I dropped over 50 ponds. I think most of the weight loss was excess fluid....but some was fat. My new energy is incredible. I have been outside for as much as 12 hours a day, every single day, and I am rearranging our property.
Still have cancer, and a failing heart ( and other stuff -long list ;>) ), but I am pushing everything to the limit and I am enjoying every minute of it. My property is looking beautiful and I am feeling much like my old self.
My bride is healthy and she didn’t need to lose weight, but she has lost 12 ponds by just trying to keep up with me. LOL
My doctors are amazed. My neighbors are impressed and say the place looks like a park again....funny, that was my goal.
LOL— I’d like to say that I feel 19 again, but at 65, I know that isn’t going to happen....well, not physically, but mentally - I refuse to ever grow up.
The world is on fire, but for me, life is good and God is real.
