Riot PILGRIMAGE, huh. A black Hajj.
Oooookaaaaay.
I am really tired of the BS. He was a thug. He deserved to be put down like a dog.
Free stuff draws ‘em like flies to ....
The black Rachel Corrie?
The Communists’ goals and methods are rulsing the U.S. like never before. Obama is their man, groomed for the job of supporting and letting loose Islamic jihad and race upon race chaos in the world. Obama’s advisors in the very White House, and Hillary’s main advisor, Huma Abedin are Muslim Brotherhood leaders. The American people and the rest of the world need to awaken from their lethargy.
I’m glad all these people can just get in their car drive to Ferguson to watch people chant to kill people and throw things at police. I’m so glad they have no responsibilities and someone else is paying to support them.
Join the Ferguson rebellion! Thanks Maxine Waters....the sub-moron who called the 1992 LA riots (burn that muva down!) a rebellion. Like a slave rebellion. If anything, blacks are slaves to their own natures and impulses. Living in the now, their impulse driven now.
Of course I am generalizing
The media lynched a law enforcement officer with a fictional, race-bating narrative, complete with race-bating Al Sharpton. The true information is coming out after the damage has been done. The media has ignored the case of a young white fellow, Dillon Taylor, being shot dead, executed really, on August 13, 2014, outside a convenience store in Salt Lake City - why? because the police officer was Black. That young white fellow was unarmed and already on the ground, defenseless. Not a peep out of Al Sharpton or Barack Obama about that case. The double standard of this White House and U.S. Justice Department’s head, Eric Holder, is sickening and the worse threat to the U.S. system of justice in memory.
She’s 25 and probably single.
These sort of things are as much a mating ritual or speed-daring type of social event as anything.
Young adults of all stripes participate in these things.
Something that seems bigger than themselves, seems important and gets their adrenaline going.
Here it’s the left, but it also happens on the conservative side with, say, young people participating in an evangelical crusade.
An American Backlash. That’s what all this crap in Ferguson is going to cause in November and don’t think the Democratic Party doesn’t know it. That’s why they’re ratcheting up the race card on this one and throwing in Jesse, Al, and whatever civil rights race hustler they can find to fuel the racial flames in Ferguson. They’re rolling the dice because they have no issues they can run on and all they can do is enrage blacks and hispanics to come out in record numbers to save them at the polls.
Organizer Illai Kenney on the Generational Divide Among Civil Rights Activists
During the weeklong events commemorating the March on Washington, Moyers & Company associate producer Reniqua Allen noticed that a lot of black youth were upset that their voices werent being heard, not only by mainstream media, but also by some of their own leaders in the civil rights community.
To get a deeper perspective on the intergenerational divide, she spoke with Illai Kenney, a 24-year-old college student and activist with Black Youth Vote! who has been organizing and fighting for change in her community since she was nine. They talked about the burdens and benefits of being young and black in America, the role of hip hop in activism; and what black youth need to do in order to get their voices heard. Below is an edited version of their conversation.
(snip)
Allen: Youre involved with Black Youth Vote!, a group that works on registering young people to vote. Tell me about that.
Kenney: Ive worked with Black Youth Vote! since I was nine, organizing and training young people. We bring them in from across the nation to train them to register young people to vote [and] to get young people to be civically engaged and active. For me, being young under 18 I couldnt even vote for most of the time that I was working with Black Youth Vote! But the reality was that I had a voice. And I had a vision. And I had an idea. And I had feelings. And that was enough for me.
and then the residents of Ferguson come out in the morning to clean up the mess
Flies like sh!t. Film at 11.
“She had to be there.”
She thinks it’s “historic”, no doubt.
Just like she thought voting for the paper-doll pResident was historic.
What’s gonna be “historic” is all the idiots that sunk this country—history will NOT look kindly upon them.
I live just south of Ferguson. There ain’t enough money to pay me to go up and mix into this fiasco! :-(
“Protests in Ferguson, Mo., lure many from across the US”
Didn’t read the article but I heard the story on the radio.
The title gave me a thought though. How many rednecks
has this lured in just out of sight. There are places
in this country where people are prepared for this and are
just waiting for it to happen. And, I think the potential
rioters know it.
