Cooking The Books: It's been 110 days since the last "monthly" report on ObamaCare enrollment, when the president bragged that 8 million had signed up. What are they hiding?
Since then, the administration's claim that 8 million enrolled for health care through an ObamaCare exchange has looked increasingly dubious.
A Government Accountability Office report found that the enrollment numbers were unreliable because they haven't been reconciled with industry data.
Insurers say that as many as one in five of those who signed up didn't pay their first premiums...

Liberal friend of mine, age 45, favored Obamacare after its passage. Last night she tells me it’s a farce. Her private policy before called for $250 per month premium, with a deductible of $1500 per year. The best she can get from ACA is $420 per month, with $2800 deductible. She makes about $65k per year, so I imagine no subsidy.
She’s beginning to see Obama for what he is. She still calls herself a liberal, focussed solely on social issues, but I could see her pulling the lever for a Republican.

How about Kirsten Powers? She told u she signed up and then quickly ceased writing for the daily beast and took up with USA Today. If she changed jobs for the insurance she is one of those that stopped paying.
nobamacare is failing - badly. But that’s by design. nobamacare was designed as a “fail for sure” stepping stone to single payer. The death spiral has likely started.
I wonder if nobama will have time to implement single payer before the clock runs out?

This may be small of me but I delight in hearing Obamacare stories like your friend’s story. I LOVE that these fools voted for this and didn’t think they would escape paying for it. LOVE IT!
