Pay close attention to the population and demographic deterioration. What once was a city of 10,000 (and nearly 100% White) now has all of about 50 White residents.
Ferguson had 30,000 in 1970 (virtually all-White), now there’s only about 6,000 Whites as of 2010. There were 10,000 in 2000. I would not be surprised to see the White population drop to 2,000 by 2020.
