God, no. Why let facts get in the way of your foregone conclusions?
why do all reports refer to him as “unarmed” and a “teen” and “African-American” or “black”?
And why in the case of knockout games, the perpetrators are never referred to by race??? Perpetrators are always generic young men, sometimes not even identified by sex, but as an unknown attacker, no detailed description given???
Grand Jury... Eric Holder... Sounds like this cop is going to get a high profile lynching.
Here comes another “Ham Sandwich” indictment. Been a lot of that crap going around lately.
I heard talking heads on the radio this morning discussin this. They said (correctly) unless Wilson is charged, the rioting and protesting will continue.
This article already indicates the prosecutor is going to be fired. And I’m surprised the Ferguson police chief is still not fired.
Face it. Until several pounds of flesh have been provided, the SOB’s* won’t settle down.

“Grand jury to hear evidence in Michael Brown case”
Isn’t it a little late to indict Michael Brown?
Cause the MSM are freaking hypocrites. They don't even follow their own playbook. There was an article yesterday on how the AP is referring to Brown as a teen. When in fact, their stylebook requires him to be identified as an adult.
> Grand Jury... Eric Holder... Sounds like this cop is going to get a high profile lynching.
Yeah we already know the outcome and why they’re going to have to lie about it. They don’t want the courthouse invaded, ransacked, and plundered....
> And why in the case of knockout games, the perpetrators are never referred to by race??? Perpetrators are always generic young men, sometimes not even identified by sex, but as an unknown attacker, no detailed description given???
Because the truth hurts (their race).
Another Zimmerman trial farce in the making.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Does a grand jury hear a potential murder or manslaughter case a WEEK after the death?
How could the prosecutor possibly process all the evidence so quickly?
It just seems like this is meant to placate a mob.
While the Grand Jury process can and has been abused, it is an important and necessary step. Almost all police involved shooting are submitted to Grand Juries. Should this Grand Jury review the evidence presented to it and NO BILL, that signals it as a justified homicide. There no way to know what’s going to happen at the local/regional level in this case.
The Federal DoJ lynching will come later; especially if the local Grand Jury does not charge.
It is a forgone conclusion that the police officer will be indicted. Hell, the members of the Grand Jury were warned by a member of the state legislature yesterday that failure to indict would result in more and larger riots. Excuse me; Peaceful Demonstrations, that’s it Peaceful Demonstrations.
The timing between incident and indictment is generally a factor of sufficiency of evidence. If there isn't much evidence, then there is delay.
With the federal pressure on this case, get ready for a Kangaroo Court
“Tell us Mr. Johnson, how many times did the killer, white police officer Darren Wilson, viciously strike your friend, the innocent, unarmed, black teen-ager Michael Brown, in Michael’s fist with his face?”
Within 10 days of the incident there are 50 FBI agents working the case, top DOJ officials on scene, and a grand jury seated.
But Lois Lerner, nothing.
Whatever happened to having a coroner's inquest first?
Yep.
They won’t even have all the autopsy results in to present.
No matter. Facts are irrelevant.
