If my town comes under fire from new black panthers, I’ll be returning fire and I suspect my neighbors will be standing right beside me doing the same. And that’s the way it should be.

If your town comes under fire from the New Black Panthers, call Rand Paul to rescue you. I have a better idea. Why don't you pick up your own rifle and defend yourself. Seems to have worked pretty well for those merchants who had the guts (and guns) to do it.
