Posted on 08/18/2014 3:56:52 PM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet
Before he was shot and killed, Michael Brown allegedly bum rushed officer Darren Wilson multiple times, punched him in the face, grabbed his gun and caused it to discharge, and even taunted Wilson, saying, "You're not going to shoot me," according to a woman who claims to know Wilson's significant other.
Last week, "Josie" called into KFTK NewsTalk 97.1 and said Wilson allegedly thought Brown was "on something" and felt Brown's actions were "unbelievable." CNN has since reported that her recollection matches what Wilson told police after the incident. "Josie" told host Dana Loesch that Wilson's "significant other told me" the account Sunday night before the riots occurred and claimed they have not been in contact with anyone since last Tuesday morning.
After saying that she was scared but wanted to get Wilson's version of the events out there, "Josie" claimed that Wilson said Brown and his friend Dorian Johnson "were walking in the middle of the street," refusing to get out of the street after Wilson asked them to do so. She said there "was some cussing involved," and Wilson "pulled up ahead of them, and he was watching them." At that point, the caller claimed Wilson got a call about a "strong-arm" robbery, and he looked in their hands and saw the cigars that Brown allegedly stole from a convenience store, according to surveillance video that was released.
"Josie" claimed when Wilson opened the door to get out of the police car, "Michael slammed his door shut." Brown, according to "Josie," then "bum rushes him, punches him in the face." She said at one point Brown "got the gun totally turned against his hip," and "Darren shoves it away and the gun goes off."(continued)

I am awaiting for the civil rights investigation that will find Wilson guilty of being white...
None of this matters in Orwell’s Oceania. Big Brother has sent one of his minions, Eric Holder, aka Hedley Lamarr, to Missouri, to keep taking autopsies until the desired result is achieved, or the maggots consume the entire body...
“punches him in the face.”
I hope photos were taken.
I hope Josie isn’t expecting the media to give her version of the incident the same weight as they gave Dorian’s.
If you don’t attack a cop you won’t get shot. Looks like Darwin was right?
Pray America wakes up
That’s what you get for being Mr Nice Guy.
Instead of telling Brown to get out of the street, Wilson could have wrote him a ticket.
Again we see that we should not rush to judgment. Will liberals learn from this? No.
I never believed that a white racist cop shot and killed a black man for no reason. Yet that was the story being pushed by the liberals and race baiters and the media.
If anything. In today’s politically correct world, white cops will bend over backwards to be leinient with blacks, to make sure everything is by the book, so they don’t get disciplined for racism on the job.
Never taunt an armed man.
Holy crap, is that funny!
In the long run, Wilson is alive and Brown is dead. Better to be alive than dead.
I am just now listening to today’s Rush talking about this.
It is great to have DAR.fm to record whatever programs that I like. I can listen to them whenever I want.
For any of you that want such a service, it is www.dar.fm
note: I do not get any compensation for hawking their service :)
If the officer was punched in the face and the gun discharged in the car this case should be closed. 0bama is as bad as Al Sharpton and all of the other race pimps.
Where da white women at?
This information was out there from the very beginning and on the day of the shooting.
According to the Mayor of Ferguson, Wilson chased the guy down and shot him in the back. He’s sticking to his story.
Hearsay, it’s just plain stupid to post hearsay and base an opinion on it.
meanwhile, they’re pouring over the border
I don’t know what you’re referring to, but to make it clear ...
Hearsay evidence is “an out-of-court statement introduced to prove the truth of the matter asserted therein.” In court hearsay evidence is inadmissible (the “Hearsay Evidence Rule”) unless an exception to the Hearsay Rule applies. — wiki
Now, I grant this isn’t a court trial, but anybody presenting she-said-he-said as evidence is a moron, including the news media. Speculative thinking is another matter and okay when presented as speculative thinking.
This testimony will have to be bracketed until supporting evidence can be assembled. It is no better than the allegations that Brown was shot with has hands up or while fleeing.
“Hearsay, its just plain stupid to post hearsay and base an opinion on it”
The media has been doing that from day one. Including that he was shot in the back.
I find it impossible to believe Wilson gunned down the thug just for the hell of it.
Brown provoked the six year veteran. No matter how much the left, blacks and media try to spin it, Brown brought this on himself. Just like Thugvon.
“...Brown provoked the six year veteran. No matter how much the left, blacks and media try to spin it, Brown brought this on himself. Just like Thugvon.”
There some serious genetic impulse control deficiency widespread in the ghetto.
(1) We are not in a court of law.
(2) “Josie’s” statement match the Officer’s report. Even CNN has picked up on that: http://dailycaller.com/2014/08/18/darren-wilsons-version-of-events-audio/?advD=1248,271611
(3) The statements also match the physical evidence (autopsy, Officer’s injuries, etc.)
So while it is hearsay, and therefore not admissible barring an applicable exception, it is worthy of discussion.
1. I already said this isn’t a court of law.
2. If it matches the police report, then isn’t it the police report that’s speaking and not ‘Jolie’?
Is it really newsworthy that somebody read the police report and agrees with it? I mean it’s not like they where James Woods weighing in.
This doesn’t fit the narrative.
Wish it into the cornfield please.
“So while it is hearsay, and therefore not admissible barring an applicable exception, it is worthy of discussion.”
Yea, like if Jolie contended that the current police report is not the original police report would her testimony ever be relevant.
Which is why Mordor wants the populace disarmed.
He went to the hospital. They will at least have a record of his injuries and his statement of how they happened.
Remember the video and the guy talking in the background? He said the same thing. And Dorian really isn’t very credible, is he?
Based on Brown's actions in the story as evidenced by the video, I'd say that this is fairly consistent with that behaviour....
Hearsay, its just plain stupid to post hearsay and base an opinion on it.]
I disagree, rabbit. Her “hersay” was just about the same information of what happened as officer Wilson’s.
The way I see it, these people are not able to mentally process actual facts because most were never raised in an environment where facts mattered. It was always easier to appeal to their base instincts like food, sex, dope etc.
it’s like Idiotocracy. It’s quite frightening to deal with them because you can’t predict how they’ll react because it’s not possible to relate the state of mind of an adolescent mind wrapped in the body of an adult. They don’t understand complex ideas beyond pot, drank, weaves and how to make babies.
“I hope photos were taken.”
Remember the first photos of Zimmerman which showed no injuries?
SOP. From numerous angles by both the investigators and the hospital.
Citing wiki as a source?
Her info is something to consider, the other side.
She sounds reasonable, thoughtful and presents well.
Wiki is fine as a source for basic definitions and easier for most to digest.
So the cops story is credible because he told Josie the same story he put on the police report? You think that’s credible evidence of anything? What if she tells somebody else and that person comes forward and asserts it’s true. Does it make the police report any more truthful?
“Wiki is fine as a source . . .”
LOL. . .’nough said.
As I said and you so conveniently truncated, wiki is good enough for basic definitions .... still stands despite your clumsy attempt obfuscate.
But just in case, here you go
Article VIII Hearsay.
Wiki is a fine source, surely you are joking right?
