Big news if true as it seemingly contradicts a key takeaway from Michael Baden’s autopsy, that none of the shots that hit Brown came from the back. As noted in the last post, eyewitness accounts are mixed: Dorian Johnson claims Brown was hit from behind before turning and putting his hands up, an eyewitness who live-tweeted the shooting claims that two shots were fired at his back before Brown turned to face Darren Wilson and was then fired at repeatedly, and a third eyewitness captured on audio claims that Brown initially ran away from Wilson before coming back at him. There’s rough consistency there on Brown’s movements, first fleeing from Wilson and then facing him, but when the shots were fired, which shots hit him, and what Brown was doing when he turned back towards Wilson are uncertain. Now, a new detail: Watch below as one of the lawyers claims that a shot entered the very top of Brown’s head, traveled downward, and exited through his right eye socket. How does that happen to a man who’s 6’4″?

The Autopsy physician stated clearly......
Dr Baden told the New York Times. .......’Right now there is too little information to forensically reconstruct the shooting.’
So the autopsy remains questionable at best since forensics are not yet complete...nor did the Dr. have access to them all

“Officers are trained to neutralize the threat, not shoot to kill. As part of that, a suspect who is still moving is a threat. ....We are taught to keep firing our sidearm until that threat is eliminated, which means no longer moving.
..The last shot to the head is not only acceptable, but trained procedure. People who say 6 shots are excessive, should know the rules before commenting. 6 shots is rather conservative, given the size of the suspect. The officer didn’t even fire all the rounds in his weapon.”

I was under the impression that they were the force of interest here, but I see Ferguson does have a small force of it’s own. Need to do more research.
Have you heard the saying of, “Shout a lie loud and long enough.....” This describes Brown’s lawyers to a tee.
Yes, which might indicate why it went out of his eye. But it doesn't prove he was shot in the back.

All of the interviews with the people who did the autopsy say either claim is plausible. Now you have to rely on witness statements. The most valid of these, in my opinion, is the audio taken from the video of him laying in the street. It was right after the shooting and one man is describing to another man what happened. This was an utterance that was not posed or formal. That makes it valid.
They said the kid was rushing the cop.
It might if it was fired by a second shooter hiding on a grassy knoll. LOL!

One bad apple on ANY police force is one bad apple too many.
COP CAMS would prevent many or ALL of these sorts of tragedies. (To be effective, these devices MUST be “ON” during the entire shift and any officer whose device fails to capture the event under investigation or attempts to defeat the device should be summarily dismissed.)
IF THE OFFICER IN THE MICHAEL BROWN SHOOTING HAD WORN A COP CAM, ONE WAY OR THE OTHER, THIS INCIDENT WOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN SETTLED and Ferguson, MO wouldn’t be burning every night and Al Sharpton and the other racist agitators would have to get REAL jobs (if they could find them).
And let’s all remember that even cops and elected officials have families, any one of which could become the victim of the senseless act of some rogue cop who’s having a bad day and wants to pass it on.
