LA GRANGE, Texas (KXAN) – The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, with the help of the Texas Rangers, are investigating a murder in La Grange.
Randy Noviskie, Chief Deputy with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, said a 16-year-old boy allegedly killed a woman on Truesdale Road on Monday just before 10 a.m. After the murder, the teenager left the scene in the victim’s car but he was arrested a few hours later in Smithville. According to authorities, the teenager ran away from a juvenile detention facility last week and since then he had been involved in an auto theft spree in Bastrop, Schulenberg and Huntsville. Authorities have not released the name of the victim or how the victim was killed. An autopsy on the victim is scheduled for Tuesday morning in Austin. Because the person is a juvenile suspect and is back in custody, KXAN is not releasing his name.

The office also verified the juvenile suspect thought to be connected to the homicide did run away from the Gulf Coast Trades Center in New Waverly. Pfeiffer’s death is still being investigated.

Where are all of the protesters on either side on this one? Apparently, folks aren't too upset about this black teen killing the white woman who had two children. No one this stuff keeps happening. No one cares too much unless someone kills the black perp, then all hell breaks loose. Don't talk to me about changing things here in this country. Very few care enough to do anything about it.

Both Trayvon and this Michael Brown character had their juvenile records sealed.
IIRC, in California, “strikes” done while still a juvenile carry over into adulthood and are counted as part of the 3-strike law.
My wife’s hometown. Not apt to protest much at all. And since this didn’t involve a cop shooting a black kid, Sharpton and his ilk won’t bother with it.
