Money to rebuild neighborhoods would not be forthcoming and they would rebuild with what wasn’t destroyed.

No, they would not rebuild with what wasn't destroyed. They wouldn't re-build, because they did not build in the first place. They moved in. Instead, they would sit in squalor ... or try to take their orgy of looting and burning (and worse) beyond their destroyed neighborhood.

That would end badly.

Lew's memory of history is about as bad as his analysis of class warfare.

The protests against the secret bombing of Cambodia were well underway when the Kent State shootings occurred. The upheaval ended shortly thereafter. It didn't signal anything but the end of the 1960's.
