I can't even comprehend the level of ignorance and superstition

Another probelm now is that many of the foreign workers who had been caring for them have left. These foreign do-gooders have enabled Africans to not learn to take care of Ebola themselves, and these Africans don't seem willing to take on that responsibility.

At this point, the best thing that could happen would to not let ANYONE leave areas where Ebola has spread without being in a very long quarantine. Won't happen.

Not to mention that you'd have to also quarantine the people who guard the areas as well, and quarantine those who guard the guards, and so on. It is Africa, after all.
