I’d be happy with a quarter of that if my company asked me to leave.

When I get back from vacation I’m going to as Personnel if I can have a deal like that. I’d be willing to go for just one million.

My advice to DNC Dave is to take the money and disappear.

NBC’s smarter than I thought.

I have no clue as to who Chuck F.Tod is, but I love the way Rush refers to him.

Hell, I would have left them for $2 million if they’d only asked me.

My problem is that I’m good at my job and my employers never want me to go. I guess I’d be a whole lot richer if I were incompetent.

Todd will be better... he’s still a biased blind liberal but he’s a whole lot better than David Gregory. Todd will be able to understand the questions his handlers give him. That’s a big step up.

I would think he was paid to buy out his contract rather than to leave

NBC was feeling guilt for the inequity in this country. They had heard the story of Bill and Hill being ‘dead broke’ following their service and NBC wanted to make sure Gregory did not start his post job life in the same predicament.

I never did watch Gregory’s because his bias is so blatant. I have gotten out of the habit of Tim Russert’s old show, and Todd can not woo me back. I am gone.
