This is the Sunday Morning Talk Show Thread Ping List! If you want to be on it, reply to this post or FReepmail me (in case I miss it). If you want to be taken off, simply send me a FReepmail.

Last week it was ALL about Iraq and ISIS... This week that issue, which focused too much on an inept president, is completely swept off the table to focus on Ferguson, Missouri.

Morning AB, All

Been another awful week for me, but I am fine. Two words, Munchausen syndrome…...two words stabbing my life severely.

Anyway, I sign in today because, as always, I enjoy this thread and do like to watch the Sunday talk shows.

Thank you AB, for doing this thread. As always you provide the links and guests and monitor us quite fairly.

Like you all, I have been watching the events in Missouri. You know what I think?

Obama’s busy fundraising cause he knows the Dems are going to take a beating this coming election. He’s got to raise da money before the hatchet falls down and the public shows, at the voting booths, what they think of him.

So he’s asking those people in Missouri to hold back on the details of the “gentle giant’s” crimes. The cop who shot him is in hiding and this too is part of the plan.

This way they get Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson their day in the racist sun, Obama’s voters get a couple of days of outrage until the truth comes out.

Yeah, I think this is all part of the plan.

So only Fox will address the behavior of Rosemary Lehmberg, the Texas Democrat who acts like a Kennedy?

Here’s my comment on Ferguson - so far these issues are NOT be addressed....

Store owners WITHOUT police protection in Ferguson should to sue the city.

All who pay taxes for our local police department to babysit the black communities should also sue.

It’s wrong.

I don’t pay an ‘average’ power bill - shared with the liberal elite in his mansion - they guy who uses more energy to heat his swimming pool than I use to heat my house.

He pays his power bill - I pay mine.

It should be the same with police protection. Tack the charge onto people’s electric bills or water bills. Charge by city block.

If living near criminals cost money - the black culture’s attitude toward crime will change.

Missed the Sunday morning shows.

Stayed up late watching the online streams of the Ferguson showdown. The Gov had set midnight as the curfew time. Protesters challenged the police. Police, after about 40 minutes, brought in SWAT and smoke grenades and sonic cannon.

Per news on-the-ground 2 people were shot, but it was unclear whether they were bystanders, protesters, civilians and who the shooter(s) were.

By about 1:40, the rain got heavy and with the SWAT dispersals, the crowd dissipated.

Someone posted in one of the live threads that they heard the loudest protesters were a group out of Chicago.

[Paid protecters? I would not be a bit surprised. FEDs and Media seemed to want this to turn into a hot-bed situation.]

For a joke I turned on Fox News watch or whatever they call it now with the CNN guy, what a joke!

On the Big Mike shooting front, they all seemed in agreement that the robbery video should not have been released, one guy from NR gave a little but still seemed to agree with the others.

This is OUTRAGES! The entire theme is that a hateful racist cop shot a sweet unarmed high school valedictorian who never did anything wrong in his life.

So THANK GOD the video was released, I fear for this cop being sacrificed for the cause or whatever?

Grand Jury to hear a one sided case and probably send it to trial and see what sticks.

So thankfully we now know that Big Mike was NOT as described, for sure ALL good people are happy that this video was released!

The idea that it has nothing to do with the situation is ridiculous . We also know (speaking to reasonable people) that this was NOT the first time Big Mike ever behaved this way, when he comes back a 2nd time to confront the small clerk is very telling.

I thought we were supposed to be taking on bullies, I bet he has bullied many people in his life

Dont get me wrong, am sorry he is dead, but the video should have been released as it was in fairness to the officer involved.

CNN this morning had Craig McDonald, director of the Texans For Public Justice, on. In the interview with Candy Crowley, he indicated that they had initiated the complaint against Rick Perry, that resulted in his indictment. They are a far-left activist organization. When Crowley indicated to him that some critics of this prosecution have said it is strictly political and not criminal, McDonald made the biggest Freudian slip on live TV I’ve ever seen. He responded, “....that couldn’t be CLOSER to the truth.” He meant to say FURTHER from the truth but it was as plain as day. Crowley either didn’t catch the slip of the tongue or she covered for him, which she is prone to do for liberals in need of a life preserver, as she did in bailing Obama out of a tight spot in his debate with Romney in the 2012 campaign when she was the debate moderator.

It is obvious, this is political and not a serious indictment. Ronnie Earle, the Travis County prosecutor who went after Tom DeLay on trumped up political charges, had to “shop” the case to three different grand juries before the fourth one gave him an indictment. Earle also got an indictment against Kay Baily Hutchinson, which was thrown out of court within minutes of the trial starting. Earle is the predecessor of this drunk Rosemary Lehmberg, whose drunk driving escapades initiated the chain of events that has now culminated in Governor Perry’s indictment. This is how the minority democRATS in Texas get their jollies, by shopping complaints and charges against Republicans in order to get something to stick and ruin their opponents, even those the trumped-up charges are dropped, thrown out of court or the parties are found not guilty. Its the way the dirty, lower-than-scum liberals operate.
