How bout if I set up a dive and scooter repair affiliated shop on the premises - law abiding people that just want to be left the F alone should carve out a piece of the world and let the IS and these domestic terrorists just have at it. Even Bill Ayers said the population should be reduced by 2oo million. Maybe we can pay the animals to kill each other off.
Of course Donovan's Reef would have its own Navy and Marines and be in possession of tactical nuclear weapons - among other conventional goodies.

I can do web sites, networking, or wire up anything, or hell - maybe just a bouncer at your bar. Just give me a fishing boat, and tell me I can live free, and the rest of these commie SOB’s can just kill each other off, while we get to count the stars of the milky way after the sunset.
