Does anyone know if the kids are enrolling without social security numbers?
By law...in effect for many, many years, a school system cannot ask for any proof of citizenship, proof of legal name, social security number etc. for illegal alien children.
Yet at the same time any child who is a citizen’s child must supply proof of birth, parentage or proof of custody, shot records, and many other things, before they can enroll.
The most stupid thing I encountered was the federal government requiring schools each year to give them the number of illegal alien children, who had been in the country less than five years. Yet at the same time forbidding us under law to ask the parents or children when they had entered the country.
They can always use yours. Or mine.
Does anyone know if the kids are enrolling without lice, scabies, TB, tape worms, chicken pox, measles, or mumps?
