We have some here who apparently feel the Ukrainians are more Russian than the Russians, and can never change. My take is that a modest majority of people there want to break with that model, and with help from the West (tough love from the EU?) and Russia sidelined, Ukraine could change, though it’ll be a tough struggle. What do you think?

I think Ukraine is in for a tough struggle.

God help them if they seriously expect any help from the EU or the USA.

The EU is a construct to battle the USA on an economic front. They failed. They still try to cling to old NATO treaties, which are against the interests of the USA, while they still continue to plot against us, economically.

Claiming to be a friend and ally does not make it so.

My take is the people of the USA would love to do business with the people of Ukraine.

The EU is not an avenue to do that.

The people of Ukraine should decide who they want to trade with for themselves. The people of the USA don't really care either way. But they have to pick a side.
Untill they do...well, it really isn't any of our concern, is it?
