Did you read the article you posted? No where in that article does it say that the tax cuts Brownback passed hurt the economy. Maybe you could explain exactly how tax cuts hurt the Kansas economy?

And while you are at it, could you explain this sentence from the article - "Tax collections inched upward last month, beating estimates by $1.6 million, according to a July 31 press release from the Kansas Department of Revenue."
