Like Spinoza says. Where there’s no solution, there’s no problem.

The Dutchman had it wrong. Problems exist, solution or not. Always have, always will. THAT is human nature.

Human nature can be modified to some extent, but human nature cannot be changed. Abraham Lincoln said that.

Problem: One day we will all die. Dying is frightening and often accompanied with unpleasantness.
Solution? None.
Resolution: So then there is no problem. What cannot be mended must be endured.

Problem: Men have penises and like to stick them in things.
Solution: None. You cannot stop men from wanting to do this, short of castration.
Resolution: Deter them from excesses. Civilize male adolescents, before they do something stupid. Marry them off when they are old enough to think before acting.

Problem: Hamas wants to destroy Israel and kill every Jooo! in the world, and they won’t stop trying.
Solution: None. Can’t stop them from wanting and trying that, unless you stop them from breathing.
Resolution: OK. Kill them all.
