"The New York Times Editorial Board The editorial board is composed of 18 journalists with wide-ranging areas of expertise. Their primary responsibility is to write The Timess editorials, which represent the voice of the board, its editor and the publisher. The board is part of The Timess editorial department, which is operated separately from The Timess newsroom, and includes the Letters to the Editor and Op-Ed sections." Apparently these 18 supposedly educated people do not comprehend the concept of "illegal" when it comes to illegal aliens. So the NYT Editorial Board has now dubbed them "unauthorized immigrants", whatever that means.

So does that mean the millions waiting in line and paying thousands legally can now come in and not pay?
Why should they wait in line?
