If there is real evidence (and with our satellite coverage there certainly should be!), we should provide it.

Why should we???

Why should we demonstrate to our enemies our satellite capabilities???

Furthermore neither you nor anyone else would be able to interpret it.

So someone else would have to interpret it for them.

And that has already been done by military experts whose information has been corroborated by multiple different witnesses on the ground as reported from multiple independent sources.

Then we should provide it to our trusted NATO partners and let them validate the evidence and provide a statement.

And I have not seen or heard about “the multiple different witnesses on the ground as reported from multiple independent sources”. I have only seen biased speculation and conjecture. Can you please provide the source to these?

BTW - I don’t know who did it. I just know that putting out propaganda instead of evidence is wrong.
