Clarice Feldman: 'Yazidi is Kurdish for 'Unarmed Israeli'
American Thinker ^ | August 10, 2014 | Clarice Feldman

Posted on 08/10/2014 9:29:09 AM PDT by jazusamo

So said the brilliant Iowahawk this week as most people of the world watch in horror the spectacle of 40,000 members of this beleaguered Iraqi minority huddled without food or water on rocky Sinjar mountaintops. Below them the savages of ISIS kidnap Yazidi women, raping them and selling them into slavery. Heads of children ISIS decapitated are displayed on pikes in public parks and there are reports of distraught families tossing their beloved babies from mountaintops rather than watch them slowly starve to death.

This barbarism comes after tens of thousands of Christians were raped, murdered, driven from their ancestral homes and stripped of all their possessions by ISIS.

The president took a brief respite from his heavy fundraising, golf, and vacation schedule to order some bombs dropped on Erbil to protect Americans there and some food drops for the Yazidis, but with no real plan. His was obviously a response to the horror the crimes inspired in Americans tempered by domestic political concerns -- the obvious distaste for the exercise U.S. military power he and his base share.

The WaPo editors deplore Obama's "half measures" in Iraq:

Obama’s authorization of Iraq airstrikes isn’t connected to a coherent strategy

And even the NY Times editors, while applauding Obama's prudence and restraint, are looking for more:

‘The United States, Turkey and other allies should move quickly to meet the Kurds’ needs for ammunition and weapons as well as advice on more effectively deploying the pesh merga and integrating Kurdish operations with Iraqi security forces. Under pressure from the United States, Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki of Iraq finally agreed this week to cooperate with the Kurds and to provide air support, and should continue to do so.

They should, but they won’t. alMaliki agreed this week, and should continue to agree, but won’t continue to agree and won’t do a bloody thing in actual fact. This is what genocide really looks like. Hypocrites playing word games, and confusing words with action, while people are being deliberately annihilated. Oh, but they aren’t doing anything like that in Ghaza, are they? There they cry ‘genocide’ like a bored shepherd boy crying wolf.

Obama is in such a quandary...what’s a muslim to do, after all? Order the military to destroy barbarian muslims? He can’t do that! It’s against his religion!

I don’t think it was simply under pressure for the US that Maliki decided to cooperate with Kurds. Glad it happened and look to see more of a genuine cooperation.

Totally agree...I don’t see why there’s been any hesitation on 0bama’s part to support the Kurds but then it’s 0bama.

Just a reminder: Islam is the religion of peace that according to liberals projects love, hope and change. Remember, the President said “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.” So the leader of the liberals, Obama the Imam, has spoken, and his followers obey

Let it be engraved forever in the annals of history, that the 44th president of the United States of America was so ignorant, so arrogant, so unprepared for office, so clueless of geopolitical realities that he uttered imbecilities like...

Obama Quotes

“I made clear that America is not – and never will be – at war with Islam.”

Well, moron, they are at war with us."
And I, for one, am at war with them.

It doesn't matter what YOU think islam is.
It doesn't matter what I think islam is.
It doesn't matter what brain-dead liberals think islam is.
It doesn't matter what CNN and the MSM thinks islam is.

THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS WHAT THOSE THOUSANDS OF TWO-LEGGED ANIMALS AT THE FOOT OF MT. SINJAR, AND THEIR 200,000,000 KILLER FRIENDS WORLDWIDE THINK ISLAM IS.

And they must be killed without pity or mercy to the last man. The sooner the better.

I couldn’t agree more...It’s the only way to deal with fanatics like these, they’re pure evil.

So he’ll stand with the Muslims against Christians, should the Christians move in an ugly direction, with Arabs against Kurds, with Sunnis against Suffis and Shiites(?), and with Muslims against Christians, should the Muslims move in an ugly direction. OK. Nice to know what his priorities are, so we can set our own.

Well, don't let the door hit you on your brain on the way out.

Will you be taking Air Force One to Mt. Sinjar?

To: jazusamo; All

al-Maliki is a puppet leader supported and installed by Iran.

Turkey and Iran occupy a lot of historic Kurdish land.

The Kurds have for years been a somewhat stable entity and the Turkish and Iranian governments would like nothing more than to wipe them out.

Al-Maliki’s agreement to cooperate with the Kurds is like Obama’s actions.

Done because of outside pressure and basically accomplishing next to nothing.

Obama’s actions re Iraq have allowed it to return to an even worse terrorist training/gathering area.

His record is clear, after all he must support radical Islam and his actions of support of the Muslim Brotherhood in several countries in the region are part of the plan he is obligated to continue to put into practice.

He must continue in that direction as his top advisor (muslim brotherhood member) Valerie Jarrett will reign dire consequences upon his Islamic (religion marked on school paperwork when he was in school in Indonesia: Islam) butt.

He is in a state of Taqiyya at this time—I’m a Christian etc—and if he isn’t careful he is a candidate for termination with extreme prejudice because Islamic rules declare that once a muslim always a muslim.

They declare the death penalty for any that stray.

Obama’s entrenched, he won’t go against his Islamic ideals.
