Per Feinstein,
"It takes an army to defeat an army," That army could have been citizens, except she's taken away our ability to use firearms in California. Will she pass a law forcing ISIS combatants to have trigger-locks on their guns, or limit the number of rounds they can load, etc.? Piece of crap she is.
