I don’t have the link, but the affidavits filed by McDaniel’s campaign workers can be viewed online. In them you’ll find evidence that a lot of people who were ineligible to vote in the runoff did, in fact, vote.
There’s even a weird pattern across several counties where some of the evidence of Dem June 3rd voting was “struck through” and that’s where the real insider fraud investigation should probably start, because someone must have given county personnel instructions to line out the June 3rd Dem “voted” notations in bulk. The people who actually drew the strike-throughs aren’t going to be willing to go to jail for doing it, so they’d fold at the first hint that they could do some time.
That said, the number of people who voted in both primaries plus the number of strike-throughs doesn’t seem to be enough to overturn the result, but the affidavits only cover about half the counties. As the story indicated, the LaFayette Co lawyer wouldn’t let them examine the poll books, so there’s probably a motherlode of fraudulent votes/strike-throughs there. But again, it’s not likely to be enough.
There’s evidence available online, but I’m not sure there’s going to be enough of it in the end.
That's what's going to hurt him in court, plus the fact that his lawyer (stupidly, IMHO) is not asking for a re-vote but rather has asked only for McDaniel to be declared the winner. A large number of invalid votes might be enough to get a judge to call a new election, but without proof that those invalid votes were all cast for Cochran, there is zero basis to declare McDaniel the winner.
