When asked what should happen to the Central American children who have recently crossed the border into the U.S. illegally, 50 percent of Americans say they should be returned to their home country as soon as possible, while 43 percent think these children should stay in the U.S. while awaiting an immigration hearing, according to a new CBS News poll.
Two-thirds of Americans support legislation that would make it easier and faster to send these children back to their home countries. Support for this measure reaches 80 percent among Republicans, although majorities across the political spectrum support this, as do 54 percent of Hispanics.
The poll included an additional sample of Hispanics, in order to examine their views more fully. Among Hispanics, fully 69 percent think the children should stay in the U.S. while awaiting a hearing.

If these are unaccompanied minors, then what will happen at the hearing?
If these were American children, they would be considered incompetent to enter into legal negotations at that age without a parent or guardian. So how do foreigners, minors, illegal at that, get around being incompetent to engage in court proceedings without a parent or guardian? Any court-appointed representative will not have the child's interest in mind, they will be there to protect Obama's political interests first.

Did you look at the whole poll? they polled 426 Hispanics and 905 non... Is this poll accurate?
Send the families home.
I have no problem spending the money to send them home on an airplane. They will be left at the airport and their home country can care for them.
If those who want some or all of them to stay can afford to sponsor their lives here without access to the dole then fine; if not send them all home.

Nearly all of the unaccompanied minors had family here already...most of their family members are illegals as well. My plan is to reunite the family at the border and then deport the whole family.
Ship their cell phones back to their country of origin and they’ll take themselves back home.

A bill? I am betting the Soros Administration has rewarded Mexico’s corrupt leaders handsomely for facilitating the importation to America of Obama’s Army of Aliens.
