Well they said that back in May..but the money flowed nonetheless.......
IMF isn’t interested in Ukraine itself....they want it as a debtor nation to funnel revenues through to the corporations and entity vultures waiting on the sidelines.
Already billions have flowed through Ukraine....and still they can’t control their people in the East nor in Kiev...and their army continues to be without what funds were intended for.
So there’s many on the take in Ukraine.....nothings changed except how they are funneling it and the faces.
