Subsidies are a nightmare.
They will go up and down for individuals based on income...or where you live...or a host of factors which change constantly.
What a mess.
That sounds like the kind of operation that needs thousands of unionized bureaucrats to administer!
(remember the 15,000 new IRS agents for Obamacare?)
