Yep. I hate to admit it, but Clinton was better than Bush on border control. When I rode the Amtrack train from San Diego to Los Angeles in the nineties the Border Patrol agents always boarded the train in San Juan Capistrano and they always rounded up a gaggle of illegals. That came to halt when Bush became president.
