80-year old Tampa grandma was resting her new hip after recent surgery...grabbed her gun, and ran to the steps. Now just a bleepin second!
If she had just had a hip joint replacment, she wasn't doing any running nowhere, nohow.
Walking maybe, with a cane.
Gimme a break.

It’s amazing how well they can do a hip replacement these days, and how fast people can recover. Along the same lines, George W. Bush recently had a knee replacement as an outpatient.

My friend shattered her Hip at the age of 95.
9 weeks later we were on a ship and she was going up and down the stairs.
People heal at various speeds and possess a certain indomitable spirit.
