So, Matt Damon is selling his home for a $5.5 million dollar PROFIT??? It needs to be taxed at the 95% rate for people who advocate for Marxist ideals. Pay your fair share, Matt.

The Left Wingers, social justice, equal pay crowd of wealth redistribution really, really hate rich, gated community fat cats with mansions....ooops! That's Matt "Che" Damon's Miami house for sale, the advocate of the voiceless and the Howard Zinn (Commie) disciple.

The idiots who put millions in Damon’s pocket by going to see his Bourne movies can thank themselves for his high profile leftist advocacy. His other recent movies (Monuments Men, Elysium, Promised Land, We Bought a Zoo, etc.) have been flops.

So...this is where Matt Damon takes his bath:

To each their own. Not much of a home for raising kids, but then, that probably isn't green enough...

We only hear of one at a time, but gobs of celebrities are dumping their multi-million dollar mansions and estates on the market even as we type.

These lefty high-earners (or their financial gurus) are smart enough to know that they better cash in on some of their pricey, expensive-to-maintain, high-tax-located real estate before their Matinee-Idol-in-Chief brings the nation's economy to its knees.....and property values tank even more than they're tanking now.

Damon is just being smart.

Blah. The house is bland and boring. No character whatsoever.

Well that there's the problem, it's just not big enough to fit his big fat egotistical, self righteous head into anymore.

At best he’s breaking even. I suspect he’s losing money on the deal.

A 12,705 square foot home would be about $250-300/SF which is $3.2 to $3.8 million build out. It was Miami in 2005 when he bought two parcels for $14.5 mil and combined. them. He’s into the place for about $18 million, maybe more. Remember too, he’s been paying $155K/year in property taxes.

His closing will cost him money as well.
