Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal is waking up late but at least he is waking up to the attempt by the federal government to control the state's school curriculum via 'Common Core'. A rigid teaching system that precludes much critical thinking and is camouflaged as 'state run' when it is actually federally run using federal 'standards'. Local input is pretty much non-existent. Its a con by the left. Jindal is right to fight it.
