'Rotten, broken IRS cannot be repaired' Correct! But look deeper. It is not just the IRS, it is EVERY Federal Agency. The entrenched civil service worker marfia in every agency - IRS, VA, BLM, etc., etc., etc. These people cannot be fired and are dem operatives operating on the inside. The worst part is that they give minimal, or less work and service, and don't give a damn. If we're ever going to get serious about balancing the budget, the Federal government has to shrink dramatically and it has to start with them!

From reading your post, one might begin to think that, one day in the future, our Nation may start to begin to be in some smidgen of trouble.
