Do they have to pay the postage? if so, many will say “heeelllll no” their Obama phones don’t dispense postage..
prepaid? maybe.. it’s still a long walk to the mail box.
In Nebraska, the voter pays the postage for sending in early by-mail ballots, and due to the odd size, it is something like $1.20 per ballot to send. The election commission office is not too far from my workplace, so I take them in person, but I can see that lots of people would not go to the trouble or expense on their own.
