The Justice Department on Wednesday sided with challengers of voting laws in Wisconsin and Ohio, saying in court filings that measures in those states unfairly affect minority voters.
The department criticized a Wisconsin law that requires voters to present photo identification at the polls and an Ohio law that limits when voters can cast an early ballot. The court papers from the federal government are aimed at persuading judges that the laws, which are being challenged in court, are discriminatory and block access to the ballot box. [ ]
The Justice Department has warned of legal actions against states after the Supreme Court last year wiped out the most powerful provision of the Voting Rights Act. Nothing here. Just Holder’s Distraction of the week - - - - yawn.
And so it goes.... The dismantling of America, the greatest country the world has ever known by a nitwit halfbreed and his democrat party minions.
Would someone please tell me why is it so harder for minorities to get a photo ID!
It’s not. ‘Pookie’ always gets a ride. At least that’s what I see out my front door. Whenever they are walking on foot, there is always someone stopping to pick them up.
We have to fight this or there will never be another honest election in this country.
So, only minorities don’t have ID’s and only minorities have to vote early? So why is it in California, the most populated state, that we can all vote on one day and other states with much lower populations need several days?
More Holder bull**** protecting voter fraud.
And the court plants, liberals in every state on the bench who happily assist in the destruction of America.
ANYONE against voter ID is CHEATING!!!
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
other states have photo voter id laws that aren’t being challenged.
there’s already precedent for them.
I’m going to start a “Voters Bus” company with scheduled trips between Chicago and Wisconsin cities now that the courts allow ANYONE to vote here in Wisconsin. For years people have been coming into Wisconsin to vote demodummie so making it easier to get directly to the polls surely will be a good part time business in the coming elections.
I’ll probably need several drivers......
Holder files in Ohio against Wisconsin voter ID law.
FReep mail me if you want on, or off, this Wisconsin interest ping list.
