Stop yer hatin' on president Barry.

I'm agnostic on this strategy. If it works, I'm all for it.

But I have my doubts.

The self-EXEMPT should actually read the Constitution upon
which they micturate, daily.
It says exactly what they can do.

It says exactly what they can do.

For the GOP-E, it's more fun to pretend you are doing something, rather than take the risk and do the right thing.

The juvenile RATs pulled their usual stunt earlier today..had all the reps march down & try to bring up minimum wage, student loan forgiveness bills. They all had their little scripts in hand & all admonished the GOP for attacking POTUS.

might this lawsuit open the door to RICO lawsuits against insurance companies at the state jurisdiction level (as can be done, see Tafflin v. Levitt)?

The Marxists that are elected to Congress are just a symptom.

The problem is the people that vote for them.

There aren’t too many effective ways to effect a solution, and a solution sure isn’t coming from the clowns in the GOP

Since impeachment seems out of the question with the current rat Senate, a lawsuit seems like the only option. But I’m curious what remedy they are going to ask the court to implement.

I wish they could ask for authority over immigration to be removed from the president, but that would be a violation of separation of powers.

But the court can order members of the executive to perform certain acts and hold them in contempt if they don’t. That seems like the best option.

I'd rather see a strategy like approving funds to turn the northmost ten miles of Mexico into a DMZ zone. And funds for one-way transportation home for everyone who entered the US illegally this year. How about defunding AF1?

Lawsuit's a gimmick. It's just not fast-moving enough to accomplish anything in a timely manner. Besides that, where are we if some judge says the HOR can't stop Obama? The HOR runs the risk of turning the power of the purse (which they haven't used) over to the courts.

They should choose something extreme like I suggested. Something that anyone who's up for election can't refuse to vote for. JMHO

One of the big problems is that fewer and fewer people vote every year. This is true in all local elections, and even in Congressional and Senatorial elections.

The Dems win because their organizers haul people out in busloads (not to mention massive election fraud), but the GOP doesn’t seem understand that it’s all numbers. While they should try harder to get a candidate people like and actually want to vote for, even when they don’t - as in the case of Romney and McCain - they should try harder to get people to the polls simply basing it on the party platform.

The Two R’s stank in a major way, but if they had been elected, anybody they might have appointed to their Cabinet or in other positions would have been better than anybody Barry has appointed. Neither one of them would have done this major dictatorial overreach, nor would we have the all-out attacks on abortion opponents, gay “marriage” opponents, etc.

But the GOP doesn’t know how to present its platform regardless of the individual candidates, and also doesn’t stoop to doing things like trying to get out the vote. Huh?
