Oh I know— why is this summit still going on? And I heard today Ebola can have a 2- 21 day incubation period— so no symptoms en route— and then somebody at the summit “accidentally” sneezes on you or isn't particularly hygienic at a public restroom.

My understanding has been that Ebola was transmitted via body fluid, and while often fatal, was difficult to spread widely.
This report seems to indicate that Ebola has become airborne.
Like when bubonic plague, which it transmitted via bites, becomes pneumonic plague, or airborne, like the Black Death.

I don't think Ebola spreads by sneezing. It is typically spread by contact with bodily fluids. So if a person with Ebola vomits and droplets get on you--or you touch the droplets on bathroom surfaces--you are at risk.
