MEDFORD A handful of old-timers sit in a downtown cafe tucked between vacant buildings as old as they are and gossip over a pot of coffee.
With just shy of 1,000 residents, it seems everybody knows everybody in Medford and everybody loves to know everybodys business.
On this day, the caffeine-fueled dialogue among the regulars at Make Your Mark Coffeehouse and Deli on Cherokee Street is about the quiet, young stranger thats come to town.
He was a soldier, one man offers.
He was just released from prison, another chimes in.
I think hes here to help for harvest, a third ventures, before offering the tidbit everyone seems most interested in.

(The only purpose o f a pistol is to fight your way back to the rifle you should never have dropped.)

Thanks for posting this - I agree with Behenna - don’t join up as you are just the foot soldiers for NWO Globalist politicians who couldn’t care less about you or the stated mission in fact. As for the dead Al-Qaida operative that he supposedly executed - all I can say is GOOD, Glad the bastard is dead in hell.

I’m glad he’s out, and he has NO explaining to do to me.
Whether it was the dog Mansur, or a black-pajama’ed Victor Charlie, they deserved to die, wussy panel or not.
I still remember that South Vietnamese general, standing in the street, doing just that to a VC dog.

Thanks for posting. Interesting the comments critical of him and crying over the terrorist he killed are from places like Columbia University and such.

Anyone familiar with the film “Breaker Morant” (an outstanding film that all Freepers should see) will see the sickening similarities between LT Behenna’s case and that of Morant and Handcock. And instead of crying “we're scapegoats of the Empire”,as Morant did upon learning of his death sentence LT Behenna could cry “I'm a scapegoat of Obama’s contempt for our Armed Forces”.

He has been through a lot. With so many Vets struggling to find a “place”, he is fortunate to have a home, supportive family and a job he likes. It is an Interesting comment by him regarding being used. IMHO he is Lucky he and his family could make use of Col. West and those of us who wrote letters of support and donated to help free him. I will keep in mind that he did not write the article and may indeed be thankful for the effort so many strangers put forth to help him.
