Thanks for the thread, AB. Many thanks also for the fabulous photo of Secretary of State Kerry, who (by the way) served in Vietnam, where getting Botox was a real challenge. I wonder whether he told his swiftboat sailors that the greatest challenge of the Vietnam War was the “threat” of man-made global warming.
