Hell I’m not going to be able to afford to pay for Obamacare in addition to my regular bills which are stretched to the limit after sitting down and trimming and getting rid of everything we don’t need. Hell if he makes me pay of $2,500 per head penalty in our household there’s no way we can do it. I’m guessing this is going to be the situation in most households that actually pay taxes in 2014. The IRS and the Feds are about to shoot themselves in the foot and a$$ at the same time because they got too greedy. End result. Tons of liens to file. No one with money to pay them though.
As the law stands right now, the only way the IRS can enforce nonpayment of the penalty is to take it out of any refund you may get. No other way. Not a lien on your home or taking it from your bank account. Not jail either. Unless of course...the dictator changes the law again with his pen and his phone.
I wonder how many people have not/will not sign up for ObamaCare. I don’t see any reporting of this. Perhaps no one knows.
