Ok, so you check the “full year’s coverage” box and then you owe nothing.... or does the gestapo have to have proof of coverage in their massive illegal database.
Lots of people are not going to comply with this filing— and there is NO enforcement provision for collection except by withholding a refund.

It is going to take civil disobedience to deal with these thieves but in lieu of the lawlessness of this administration I have to believe they have ways of dealing with refuseniks.
