This is the kind of story I like to see first thing in the morning. The 2014 chessboard is close to being set. Cornyn was head of the NRSC that supported Specter, Crist and Castle for Senate.

Cornyn is one of the few people who I think would actually be worse that McConnell as leader. Cornyn is not only wishy-washy, but he’s also stupid. Anyone who was in charge of the disaster that was the 2010 Republican Senate campaign is not going to win battles against Reid and Obama.

The possibility of the GOP losing seats in GA, MS and KY is quite real. My gut feeling is the D’s will win in GA and KY.
