Impeach him and go after his policies both under Article 4, Section 4 of the US Constitution: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

He has failed to guarantee a republican form of government. Whether it's passing laws by "deeming" them passed or changing laws on his own whim, no one could argue this is behaving like a republic.

He has failed to protect this country from invasion and has even encouraged it... obviously.

He has failed to promote domestic tranquility and has, in fact, stoked the fires of class and racial hatred. He has determined to govern only his constituencies and made war on the rest of us.

Impeach him and invalidate his actions.

While I appreciate your view, and I get it and tend to agree in Spirit. No. It is an impossible and unworkable task. It is also the quickest path to the death of Conservatism. America is racing Left at breakneck speed. And while I do not in any way advocate compromising, it is a fact that we will never hod a Conservative majority again in America. Ever. That does not mean that the GOP won’t, maybe, at least for a little while hold a little power ... true conservatism is over.

The only way to survive and have any influence is to fine tune. Pick and choose. If we don’t, we look like the naked man screaming on someone’s lawn. We will be laughed off the lawn and right out of the Country. If the goal is to lose swinging ... well . . .I have a certain admiration for that. But it WILL be a complete and utter loss. I’d like to see us have at least some influence in 20 yrs ... for those of us still here.

When the GW Bush admin took over in January of 2001, the very first thing they did was to go through the EO’s and have the new President issue an EO cancelling the bad ones.

That may explain why Bush had so many of them (although none of them written by Bush changed any laws).

The Clinton crew wrote a lot of EO’s on their final night in the WH .. and they laughed about how some of them were going to be like a bomb going off.

Wow, wasn’t that adult of them; along with taking all the “W’s” off of the keyboards of all the typewriters or computer keyboards; along with ordering tons of pizza and coke, and leaving it all over the place .. on the desks, on the computers, on the carpet, etc. The damage was estimated to be over $250,000 dollars worth. The worst room was the Vice President’s office (they hated Cheney) .. so they did a really, really gross job.

This is why I can’t stand the Clintons. They have no respect for the WH; or the military staff who are stationed there to protect them.

I’m with you.
Compromise is how we got here.
Problem is we have passed a tipping point where it may take blood
to reverse what has taken place. Hopefully I’m wrong.
But, if I were to place the greater blame it would be on the false representation we have had by the GOP. They know it, and that is why they fear us.

And let us not forget his mate, the wookie. Repeal those as well. We must all be hungry for a good thick juicy steak and those french fries. Oh yes, and a Chic-Fil-a. A sandwich made with plump juicy breasts and hot buttered buns.

Compromising with bad policy is like adding just a little sewage to your drinking water.
