This is clearly a violation of the 1st Amendment. The State is trying to lay claim to beliefs that are religious in nature and forcing them on citizens.

It seems the State is discriminating against the baker by punishing him for his beliefs.
If he wins this he should sue the state for a Federal Civil rights violation.
Homosexuals are not a protected class or Sex, they are a sexually deviant
perverted class that comes in all Two known sexes, Male and Female.

This is about property rights. Does this man own his business and does he have a right to determine how his property and assets will be used. Does not matter what religious beliefs one does or does not have.
