UPDATE: PATEROS, Wash. - According to the California National Incident Management the Carlton Complex wildfire has grown to 47,362 acres and is still 0% contained. Currently the fire is burning 7 miles South of Twisp, WA. To put this size into perspective, acres to square miles this fire has burned 73 square miles which is larger than the entire city of Spokane which is about 60 square miles.
The audio on News jsut reported now that the fire is at 106,000 acres.
Correction 168,000 acres.
