So I asked him, why are you so pro-slavery?
Leftists are pro-slavery and opening the border is about advancing slavery.
Yes, SLAVERY. The Big One.
There are different ways that slavery happens. The United States is familiar with the version where people get caught in one area and are sold as property to people in another area. The property is bred and resold at will.
But slavery also happens when there is no other recourse. If you remember ancient history, there were plenty of educated people who became slaves.
Why? Slavery allowed a person to join with a powerful person or group who would protect and feed them. Teachers, doctors, scribes also became slaves. These people voluntarily enslaved themselves when there were no other options. The traded themselves for food, protection and shelter. This was similar to the enslavement of serfs through out the early and middle ages who were bound and sold with the lands.
By bringing in more and more people in this administrations manufactured crisis, we set the stage for slavery. A competition for scarce resources will enslave a greater and greater portion of working class and impoverished people.
We are going back to the time where my great great-grandfather had one man living in the basement to manage the coal-fired furnace and two living in the carriage house to manage the grounds and transportation, all for room and board.
The twenty-first century will be known as the century of Islam worldwide, but most of all it will be known as the time that slavery was ascendant in countries that were previously democracies.
What was his reply?
Why would you go to such a doctor?
I’d find another doctor.
He can house the “hardwarking brown people” in his waiting room. Let’s see how long that lasts.
the doctor appears to be a run-of-the-mill groupthink Leftist nutcase, but I would certainly prefer "hardworking brown people" (or hardworking people of any color) to "white meth-head addicts (or meth-head addicts of any color).
Most people would.
Obviously those are not the only two alternatives--an observation that seems to have escaped him.
It also appears that the doctor has a fixation on race and is likely blinded by it.
Most groupthink Leftist nutcases do.
They would enslave every damn one of us if they could. That's what Big Brother is all about!
You are suggesting that an over-abundance of workers will lead to slavery.
I’ve always thought that illegal immigration is a direct form of slavery. Illegal aliens are paid less than the minimum wage. That is why they find jobs here...because employers pay them less than the legal amount.
While I am not advocating the concept of a minimum wage, that fact that the illegals are paid less than the rule of law, is a form of slavery.
Does this doctor do a lot of pro bono work for those workers? He must also love Obama care.
I wouldn’t say liberals are pro-slavery, but they are economically illiterate and they believe that economic consequences can be avoided no matter what actions are taken.
Yes, this sort of thinking does eventually result in slavery.
The RAT party is and has always been the party of slavery, it was founded on slavery.
The term 'brown people' is the newest liberal elite buzz phrase - it means 'we liberals are superior'..."Our great love for the 'brown people" shows we're superior.
Liberal elites extol the beauty of the United States becoming a 'brown' country... it's strange because the vast majority of people on this planet are brown. Why the joy?
The mystery's solved when it's noted liberal elites NEVER live in communities with large numbers of 'brown people' (maybe a few select 'brown elites'). Then where is the 'love' coming from?
The majority of 'brown people ' - especially those from poor countries are people who work cheap for liberal elites. And they're grateful. The liberal elite mentality is 'slavery-lite' with each liberal elite sensing the joy of being a mini-plantation owner. It's sick.
To facilitate having the necessary workers, the coal mining companies would build communities next to the mines where the employees could live with their families. Of course, they had to rent their homes from the company, and buy their staples from the company store. Having the monopoly on housing, groceries, and pretty much everything, the mining companies would charge any price they wanted. They even offered loans to any(all) that needed it, with a healthy interest rate of course.
The employees soon realized that the expense owed to the company was greater than the paycheck from the company. The longer they worked there, the more they owed to the company.
When I was young, there was a song called 'Sixteen Tons' about this very practice. I believe the last lyric of the song went "St Peter don't you call me, 'cuz I can't go, I owe my soul to the company store". It was a slave song.
When I was born, Eisenhower was president. I was born owing the federal government about two-hundred dollars. I have worked, and paid taxes, for almost fifty years. My piece(and yours) of the federal debt is now around $100,000. The longer I work, the more I owe.
Why Do Liberals (Leftists) Support and Encourage Slavery? Power, and the corruption that comes with power.
Libtards are pro socialism, and under socialism, the workers are slaves, because they are "public property" - the property of the state. They are treated as valueless natural resources. Brutal punishments are inflicted on them for trifling reasons, and they are worked to the point of exhaustion and death. In this way, slave labor under socialism results in mass death.
The left views minorities as property, nothing more.
bkmk
PULLLEEAASE...They’re NOT SLAVES. They’re DEMOCRAT VOTERS!
It’s a textbook example of a distinction without a difference!
The doctor should be given a book as a gift.
Cannibals All!: or, Slaves Without Masters (1857), by George Fitzhugh.
It is an impassioned, proto-socialist appeal that slavery is not just good, but so good that 9 out of 10 people should be slaves. It also insinuates that anyone reading the book is obviously so *superior* that they should be a master.
In other words, it cuts through all the illusions of socialism, and spells out what it is really all about. And if someone is truly a socialist, they should agree with what it says. If they are not, they should find the book and its ideas repugnant.
They’re collectivists. Collectivism requires enslaving people to appear to work.
They require a permanent and ever-expanding underclass, dependent on them. If they ever woke up in the world they claim to want, there would be no function or purpose for them, and they’d likely be suicidal.
As someone once said, “If the world were perfect, it wouldn’t be.”
