Gotta hand it to ‘em: They’re all-in on the immigration mega-pander. The prudent thing to do before the midterms would be to focus on stopping the border crisis, to “prove” that Obama’s serious about enforcement before a new push at comprehensive reform next year, and then do some sort of very limited amnesty to show immigration activists that O’s on their side with the promise of more to come after the current uproar has quieted down.
Instead you’ve got Harry Reid mumbling about the border being secure, Pelosi doing her “won’t somebody think of the children?” shtick, and now Obama’s inner circle whispering that it’s full speed ahead on DACA 2.0. And not only do they still intend to go forward, apparently they’re going to tell the public that they’re doing it because of the border crisis. Turns out a massive influx of illegals requires us to … effectively amnestize many other illegals.
Once they were able to get Cloward-Piven going full steam they were not about to quit. Victory to them is just over the border.
In your face, Americans! We are in power and we can do as we please!

Can the president, by executive order, grant amnesty to ALL illegal aliens, en masse, via his pardon powers thru the Constitution?................
I wouldn’t think so. Pardons are for crimes that someone has been convicted of, not affirmative creation of new status.
So, he might be able to pardon illegals of their immigration transactions and clean their records, but they still wouldn’t be citizens. (Let’s leave aside the fact that for many practical purposes except voting, they’re treated better than citizens.)
However, a mass pardon might create a major reaction and constitutional crisis. Unless the country is completely lost, it would make election life very hard for Democrats. But, then again, Presidential pardons are last day affairs, the next election is a couple of years away, and memories are disturbingly short.
He’s empowered by that groveling bastard Boehner who will not stand up to Obama. Republicans are absolutely worthless.

It has been established, by the same clueless in control of our country, that the invaders "are not committing a crime.
What is truly frightening are two horrible events in combination :
The impeachment of Obama, and/or members of both chambers of Congress who have engaged in criminal unConstitutional behavior, BEFORE Obama leaves office.

Lack of opposition emboldens Obama. It’s gotten to the point where Obama insults Congress to their face and they sit there and take it. Obama tells Congress he will “go around them” then issues a decree and has the audacity to call it an “Act”! And still Congress does nothing!
The overrunning of our border is being done out of spite. Just as when Obama had barricades erected at public monuments because he couldn’t get his way, he is now flooding the country with illegal aliens because he can’t get his way.
Congress had better get off the dime TODAY or history will hold them complicit.
Not sure if this item is from or part of a report claiming BO will enact a Nullification of illegal status - he said this to LaRazza and others - which means not only will current illegals have amnesty, but all future ones as well. This will in effect make US borders legally unregulated zones - in other words the US will no longer have any borders.
This report was apparently well sourced and may be on FR - I have been out of the loop for a week or so.
The reaction to all of this is going to be enormous!
This wave of illegal immigrants won’t stop until 2016. Meanwhile, media coverage will end within a couple of weeks.
