That's funny - atheism as a "religion." Some kind of scientific study came out recently that said there was technically no such thing as an atheist becasue we're born hard-wired to believe in God.

Maybe atheists believe in some kind of God but not the redeeming, caring, personal God of the Bible.

Curious how White Evangelicals rate Jews highly (69) but those warm feelings are not reciprocated (34).

No surprise at all.

Jews in America are very liberal, believe in socialism, abortion and gay marriage and love Bill Clinton.

Why on earth would they rate evangelicals highly?

Proselytizers like their targets more than their targets like proselytizers. No mystery there.

About the only redeeming thing I can say about Muslims is that they were born “Homo Sapiens” ... :-) ...

There’s not much beyond that to admire!

The CATHOLICS kinda “soured the waters” for Evangelicals from their long history of killing Jews!

Atheists know more about person’s natural judgment than the person himself — an arrogance not evangelized by the agnostic.

Theism is the belief that at least one Deity exists. “A-theism” (e.g. apathetic, amoral, apolitical) means the complete absence of theism, or religion.

Without using tautology, how do you figure atheism is a “religion”?

Using the argument I expect you’ll use—someone who believes something to be true or false has made that topic a religion?

So that, say, the theory of ‘natural selection’ is an article of faith rather than a theory compared to the concept of parthenogenesis or religious doctrine of transubstantiation which many accept without a shred of evidence as facts?

White evangelicals view Jews “warmly” with a rating of 69; Jews, meanwhile, give evangelicals a rating of … 34, which is a point lower than their rating of Muslims.

And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved. (2 Corinthians 12:15)

Harry Reid does not improve the image of Mormons. Maybe he’s been excommunicated. Maybe that’s way he always appears to have a mouthful of lemon rinds.

Lefties despise the conservatives and nobody votes more conservative than the Evangelicals.

There is no mystery why the Jews dislike the pro-life right the most.

Harry Reid is among the most devout and devoted Mormons, he is a proven committed follower of Mormonism.

Assuming you were not being sarcastic, I ask you this; So how could Harry Reid be so devout in his religion and also so comfortable with lying and slandering people, year in and year out? Is there a Mormon version of Taquyia that excuses little white lies, if for the greater good?

with America’s large evangelical population strongly pro-Jewish because of their solidarity with Israel and veneration of Biblical teachings about the “chosen people.”

Chosen people doesn't need quotation marks, the Jews are indeed God's chosen people.

Yet Jews like Catholics better then Evangelicals by 24 points.

It's really because Jews believe Evangelicals are ultra conservative and have been taught that anti-Semites are ultra conservative.

That's also why Jews vote Democrat. It's an old fear that hasn't been changed with time —Conservatives ( Catholic and Evangelical) are actually the Jewish peoples best ally.
