James Lacroix, 53, was busted on the Cape Cod property after he answered a phone call from Ted Kennedy Jr., the son of late Sen. Edward (Ted) Kennedy and a candidate for state Senate in Connecticut, late Tuesday, WVIT reported. Hah? Wha?
