As I understand it some are claiming that though as well as fleeing their country because their lives are threatened.

This is why they can’t be immediately deported, they have to go through a bureaucratic legal process that many won’t even show up for because they’ve been released from custody until the hearing.

Obama has pulled the Border Patrol back 40 miles from the border to allow the illegals to be solidly inside the US borders before being apprehended.

In fact, the illegals are turning themselves in to the first Border Patrol officer the see once they arrive inside the United States.

They have been coached that if they get into the US and make certain claims, the government will give them food, housing and medical care and then let them go free.

The solution is to put the Border Patrol on the border and prevent them from crossing into the US in the first place. If they are forced to congregate on the Mexican side of the border the Mexican government will stop assisting them in traveling the length of Mexico to get to the US
